HOW IT WORKS

Place Your Order

All orders must be in by the second Wednesday of the month before 5pm.
Pay For Your Order

A confirmation email will outline the availability of goods and the final pricing.
Order Delivery

Orders will be delivered once a month the following week on Wednesday or Thursday.

Ordering With Us

- We place orders monthly. As demand grows and we expand our product range, this frequency will change.
- Please submit all orders by 5 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. Exact dates will be listed on our website and on the storefront.
- Deliveries are scheduled for the third Wednesday or Thursday of each month, occurring one week after you place your order.
  
  Check the website or storefront for specific delivery dates and please let us know if there are limitations for you to receive your goods.
- We currently offer free delivery for orders over $150 within Squamish (Valleycliffe to Brackendale).
- For orders under $150, there’s a $5 delivery fee + GST (minimum order $50).
- Deliveries are scheduled for the third Wednesday or Thursday of each month, occurring one week after you place your order.
- All deliveries will be left outside your door, so please plan ahead with wildlife in mind and in case of rain. Please let us know if you have any limitations when receiving your goods.

- We accept e-transfers and credit cards.
- However, please note that credit card payments cost us a 2.9% surcharge, so we ask clients to pay by e-transfer whenever possible.
- There is no membership fee.
- We need to confirm that all the items you wish to purchase are available.
- If paying by credit card, you will be charged once we confirm all items in your order are available. If paying by e-transfer, we will send you an updated invoice if certain products we’re unavailable.
